A unique digital film school in Spain that is truly international giving courses in Spanish, German and English the school specializes in hands on practical courses including its "crash course" in filmmaking where a student learns all the basic steps necessary to make a movie and then writes, directs and edits his own short film within the course. There is also a two month intensive course which gives a much deeper technical, direction and storytelling education with the students shooting for a number of days creating a quality short film. The Academy has also launched a new 8 month set of courses in all languages starting in January with the German department. On this course students will make 5 of their own pieces and have worked on at least 30 films before they leave the course. The same philosophy applies to the acting courses with practical results such as actors showreel videos being made. Acting courses as well as the filmmaking and scriptwriting courses range from those for absolute beginners to professional industry courses with teachers such as Michael Rabiger, Hannes Jaenecke, Isabel Coixet, Lou Binder, Michael Margotta and Jacqueline McClintock.
